Play times for this year's Thursday and Friday 2024 Masters have been released, and there will be several attractive matches for this year's opening rounds. Past champions and potential future champions will be present together in the tee box.

As rainy weather approaches, morning/afternoon pairings take on added importance. Thunderstorms are expected to hit Augusta National Thursday morning, with rain expected throughout the day. This could give the pairs an advantage in the afternoon, or force them to complete their first round on Friday.

Thursday's confrontations were as follows:

10:18 AM: Hideki Matsuyama, Will Zalatoris, Justin Thomas
10:30 a.m.: Jon Rahm, Matt Fitzpatrick, Nick Dunlap
10:42 AM: Scottie Schaeffler, Rory McIlroy, Xander Schauffele
10:54 AM: Windham Clark, Viktor Hovland, Cam Smith
1:24 p.m.: Tiger Woods, Jason Day, Max Homa
1:36 PM: Brian Harman, Brooks Koepka, Tom Kim
1:48 PM: Jordan Spieth, Ludwig Aberg, Sahith Thejala
2:00 PM: Dustin Johnson, Collin Morikawa, Tommy Fleetwood

Unlike some other tournaments, Masters doesn't tend to create weird matchups in order to attract some cheap attention. LIV Golf players are scattered throughout the pairings, for example, some with amateurs, some with lesser-known players, and some with PGA Tour stars.

Here is a list of complete tee times for Thursday and Friday:
