Local authorities claim the incident occurred early Thursday morning after they were called about a disturbance, claiming people were fighting on a yacht at a Miami Beach marina. When they arrived at the scene, Scott was seen standing on the dock and shouting at the people on the yacht.

Scott was reportedly getting off a rental boat when the boat owner, who did not want to press any charges, asked him to leave. Officers observed that Scott initially complied by sitting down but repeatedly stood up, ignoring their commands. Officers detected a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, authorities said.

An officer asked Scott to leave the sidewalk and warned him that he would be arrested if he returned. Scott left the property but continued to scream. About five minutes later, Scott ignored police officers’ demands and caused further disturbances.

Scott allegedly left and then returned again to continue yelling and screaming at people on the yacht, according to WSVN.

As a result, Scott was arrested at 1:44 a.m. and booked into jail at 4:35 a.m. He paid $500 for trespassing and $150 for disorderly intoxication nearly four hours later.

Even though he had a long night, the Houston rapper seemed unfazed by the arrest. Shortly after his release from prison, Scott tweeted, “Lol” from his X account.

The “UTOPIA” artist also took to Instagram to once again show that the whole ordeal was no big deal to him.
